
In order serve our students better and to increase your options on what devices you can use (like tablets, mobile devices, etc.), we invested in a huge courseware upgrade.
1. You should be receiving (or have received) an email with your new student account login.
- If the name says "Name Missing," it just means that you didn't have it in your old student profile. You can update it.
- Your username will be the email you signed up with
- Your password is set to the temporary password: password. Please change it.
2. NONE OF YOUR OLD DATA HAS BEEN LOST.
4. Some course progression couldn't be moved
We moved from a very different system and transferred as much of your course progression as possible.
If you know that you were farther along in the old system than you are in the new, Quickly click the "Mark Complete" button on the right bottom of the page until you get caught up.
5. If you previously completed your certification, you can retrieve your certificate in the new system.
