Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “User”) and
Life Coach Training Institute LLC (“LCTI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your
access to and use of https://ilifecoachtraining.com
and any related platforms, courses, mobile applications, or digital materials (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated”
date, and will be effective as soon as it is posted. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms. The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Contact Information

Program Access, Renewals & Certificates

• Access Term: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, course access is for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Annual Renewal: A $29/annual renewal is charged 1 year from your enrollment date which renews access to your course as well renews all credentials earned.
• No Lifetime Access: LCTI does not offer lifetime access to programs.
• Digital Certificates: Certificates are provided as high-resolution digital files suitable for printing and online display.

Refund Policy

Because our programs include immediate access to digital content, all sales are subject to the following policy:

• Eligibility: A refund is available within 7 days of purchase or until you have accessed 20% of the course content, whichever occurs first.
• After Threshold: After the earlier of the 7-day window or 20% content-access threshold, all fees are non-refundable.
• How to Request: Email [email protected] within 7 days with your order details. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions & Payment Authorization

• Recurring Billing: For subscription offerings (e.g., membership programs), you authorize LCTI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
• Cancellation: You may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing date through your account portal or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts, enrollments, and logins are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Digital Delivery: Access credentials constitute “delivery” of digital goods.

Good Faith & Ethics

LCTI maintains high standards for professional and ethical conduct. We may revoke access, credentials,
or participation if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a student or coach has acted in bad faith,
engaged in bullying, threats, or business malpractice, or otherwise failed to uphold reasonable professional standards.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including all content, course materials, videos, audio, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos (collectively, “Content”),
is owned by or licensed to LCTI and protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, license, or exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials or course access with any other person
• Record, download, scrape, or redistribute course materials
• Use our Content to train others without authorization
• Misrepresent your affiliation with LCTI
• Use the Site for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates your access and license.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Site respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, impersonation, defamation, or disruption of the learning environment is prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Disclaimers

Our programs provide education and professional development only. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and participation does not establish a therapist-client or medical relationship.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee outcomes, income, certification success, or business results. Individual results vary based on effort, experience, and application of the material.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LCTI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LCTI, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LCTI regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
